When you visit this website

There are no accounts or online payments, and no advertising, marketing or analytics cookies. The site is delivered through Cloudflare for security and speed. Cloudflare and our hosting provider may process records such as IP address, browser details and time of visit for security and technical operation; Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for this.

If you close the language suggestion bar, that choice is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us.

Contact form

The name, email address, subject and message you send with the contact form are forwarded by email to info@maskotmutfak.com so we can answer you; they are not stored on the website. To prevent abuse of the form, a one-way code derived from your IP address and the time of sending are kept briefly; records older than 24 hours are deleted.

Map

The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps. When it is displayed, Google may process data such as your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy and may set cookies.

When you contact us

If you use the contact form, email or call us, we process the details you give us (name, contact details, company and the content of your request) to prepare quotes, fulfil orders and handle warranty and service requests. The legal bases are the performance of a contract and our legitimate interest.

We share this data only where required: with public authorities under legal obligations, with carriers to deliver orders and with our accounting service providers. We keep it for the periods required by law.

Processing outside Turkey

Because we use Cloudflare and Google services, the technical data and map-related data described above may be processed on these companies’ servers outside Turkey.

Your rights

You can ask whether we process your data, request access, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send requests to info@maskotmutfak.com or in writing to the address above.
